Short-term Goal Ojectives

LaToya Matthews Foundation

1. Conduct workshops and lectures: Organize and deliver workshops and lectures in African American communities, focusing on the importance of self-love and its transformative power. These sessions will introduce participants to Image Reflection techniques and Mantras for self-love.

2. Provide resources: Develop and distribute books, online information, and other resources that provide practical guidance on cultivating self-love. These resources will serve as tools for individuals to continue their self-transformation journey beyond workshops.

3. Community engagement: Engage with community organizations, schools, and local leaders to promote the importance of self-love and secure opportunities to deliver lectures and workshops Collaborate with existing community initiatives to amplify the impact and reach a wider audience.

Long-term Goal Ojectives

1. Transformational programs: Develop comprehensive programs that go beyond workshops and lectures, providing individuals with ongoing support and guidance in transforming self-sabotaging habits into positive, healthy ones. These programs will include workshops, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.

2. Empowerment through education: Collaborate with educational institutions to integrate self-love and personal development into the curriculum. By teaching young African Americans about self-love from an early age, we can empower them to make positive choices and break the cycle of self-sabotage.
